Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product lost during transit.
- Order cancelled before shipment.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for refunds.
